This is your chance to see homegrown Calgary talent reach a career milestone LIVE. Fresh off his CBC Winnipeg Comedy Festival TV taping he will be bringing his razzle dazzle for an intimate recording at his home club The Laughshop. Jeremy is AAA Certified 100% Alberta beef!!! Come down, laugh local, and support grassroots comedy!



Jeremy Furlong is a fun-loving gregarious guy. His talent for compelling storytelling has had people laughing coast to coast in the comedy clubs, pubs and legions of Canada. He excels at letting the jokes come naturally while poking fun at the mundane things in life. Able to wow audiences with his deep-fried physique and delicious comedy stylings, Jeremy delivers humour in such unhealthy proportions the only thing audiences are hungry for after the show is air! In short: come out for some silly fun comedy coming from a silly fun guy.

He has opened for the likes of Hannibal Buress, Beth Stelling, Nate Bargatze, TJ Miller and Harland Williams. Producer of the successful Summer Sizzler Yukon Comedy Tour and locally he has been producing monthly showcases of up and coming Calgary comedic talent for 10 years. Jeremy has also been featured at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Sled Island Festival, Calgary Folk Fest Comedy Tent and many more to come.

Special host Shawn Hogan:

Shawn began his comedy career in Calgary, before moving across the country and making impacts in both the Montreal and Toronto comedy scenes.

Originating from Prince Edward Island, Shawn Hogan has produced and starred in a countless number of sold-out comedy shows across the East Coast. Shawn made his second consecutive televised appearance at the Halifax Comedy Festival, where he made his national television debut in 2019. He has also been a featured comedian on CBC Radios Laugh Out Loud, and was a finalist in the Brantford Comedy Festivals $10,000 competition.
